Meet Chase

For Chase, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses—it's about helping people take the next step toward their dreams. A Central Virginia resident since 1994, Chase brings a deep connection to the community, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As a real estate concierge with The Davis Group, Chase believes every client deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and an advocate who puts their goals first. Whether navigating a first home purchase, selling a property, or exploring investment opportunities, he strives to make every step of the process as smooth, informed, and rewarding as possible.

As the owner of Chase Your Dreams LLC, a residential remodeling company, Chase offers an added perspective on property potential, home improvements, and renovation opportunities—helping clients see possibilities beyond what's immediately apparent.

Outside of real estate, Chase enjoys spending time with his incredible partner and 3 beautiful children, riding motorcycles, skydiving, and exploring the outdoors. He approaches life and business with the same philosophy: set ambitious goals, embrace the journey, and never stop chasing what matters most.

Your goals. Your vision. Your next chapter...... Let's chase it together.
